Building a diverse and inclusive workplace continues to be a paramount priority for corporations and law firms. As organizations have long since launched diversity and inclusion initiatives, there is currently a need to re-examine key roles & goals of these programs to ensure that they rise to the challenge of today’s global business landscape and remain relevant to business needs. This program will assess the effectiveness and impact of current diversity and inclusion initiatives and ways to leverage diversity to improve business and individual performance. Practical insights from male and female GC perspectives will help us frame our discussion.
